You guys said that I needed new brakes. So, on December 17th, I took your advice and you installed new brakes. They had a squeak to them, so I gave it a little bit of time and the squeak remained so I took it back to you on January 14th. You ended up keeping the truck overnight....for brakes. You called the next day and said they were fixed, but I came to pick it up and went to I drive it off of the lot I noticed a loud popping noise. It sounded like something was broke. I took it back and they fixed "whatever" it was that was making the noise, but never told me what the problem was. The squeak came back a day later. I, again, gave it some time and when it came time to have my truck inspection, I asked them once again to look at the brakes. When I picked it up, they said that it was fixed and, once again, the squeak was still there. It's so frustrating, I have asked for them to put new brakes on to replace the new brakes that they initially put on, but that went nowhere. To be honest, it's like you guys don't care. At this point, it is as if, when I show up, it's like "not this guy again". I give you a 1 star rating because I paid $ 1,097.73 on new brakes and it has been nothing but a hassle and I still have a squeak. Will see whether or not you guys want to make it right or not, but I'm done. I will take it to someone else.

Everyone was pleasant to work with however I made an appointment to diagnose check engine light and it took 2 1/2 hours! ( no repairs were done) I did not see a sense of urgency with anyone working there. I had a job to attend after wards and was late bc it took so long.

Okay, generally we don't have any issues here, but, my first service was supposed to include a full tank of Def top off, they barely filled halfway. Then, when my tires were rotated, they evidently adjusted the air pressure down so far in the rear tires my low tire alarm went off. I made a call back to the dealer to speak with a supervisor, the lady took my name and number and i have yet to hear back from them. I will be looking for alternative places for future service as when i am paying a premium for dealer service I should get premium service.

Arrived for a free oil change that was negotiated during the truck purchase, and requested the service advisor locate the engine serial number for me. He located the serial number and was able to use it to determine the engine build date. Quick and easy. Thanks for the effort!

I had an appointment for an oil and filter change as well as a tire rotation..my appointment was at 10:00 am. After over two hours the tech came and got me.. I ask why it took so long and she said they were short 3 technicians.. I should have been told that when I first got there!! I could have rescheduled! My time is valuable too! Sounds like poor management to me.. my car is still under warranty or I would go somewhere else!!

Scheduled appointment date and accommodations met all as promised. Service took longer then expected with many uncertainties and additional costs that were disappointing. Return of the vehicle was not in an acceptable manner, but the service advisor addressed my concerns immediately. My confidence in the service tech(s) abilities is very low and left me the impression that the service I obtained was above their ability to perform. At the end all was completed.

I really didn't have an issue expect the fact that I had to pay $119.00 labor to replace a fuel filter when the service took the same amount of time as my previous service so it's not like he spent an additional hour doing this. Seems kind of absurd that you charge this much.

Very disappointed, we took my truck in for a service, tire repair and rotation. The first ting that the came up was that recommended a new tire instead of repairing a nail hole, the charged $80 for the tire repair. Then it was that I needed both a new air filter and a new cabin air filter, they had just replaced a cabin air filter a few months ago. We had a extra key from a previous truck we asked them to program to this truck, they said they may not be able to program it and we’re not able to but still charged me $173. We will not do any more business with this dealership….oh by the way….we own 4 GMC vehicles and 1 Chevy and were hoping things would work out here because the dealership we normally use is always so busy we have to schedule appointments over a week out.

Tried to charge an astronomical amount to change out tire sensors that I provided when already rotating tires. Should be a 5-10 minute change per tire (according to online research) by a qualified technician. When I questioned it, $300 was taken off the bill, but still feel Ike I overpaid. Wonder how much you guys are getting away with from folks that do not question?

I have a check engine light on and knew the code already but Van York requires paying $160 to diagnose something that is already been diagnosed. What a scam. My car is running fine but won't pass inspection because of a radiator shutter communication error but the car has run fine for months. It doesn't need a $567 part.

Had an alert to get my vehicle taken in for a recall on the engine. The dealership checked the recall and told me all was okay. Sent me on the road, the next day I am driving down the highway with my 8 month old son when my vehicle cuts off in the middle of driving going 55mph. I have to coast until a safe area became available and my vehicle would not start again. I had to have my car towed from southern pines back to Asheboro and they still have yet to return my call about what has gone wrong and getting myself a loaner vehicle to get back to work and be able to get my son safely to daycare. Absolutely astonished at the handling of this situation and the fact their vehicles are so unsafe.
